Welcome to the
Real Change Foundation
Mission Statement:
To create real and meaningful change in the lives of people. To restore hope and promote change on a social, civic, and economic level thus empowering and equipping them to reach their full potential and become an advocate for positive and significant change in their communities.
Real Conversations lead to Real Change.
College Park residents gathered in an open forum to voice concerns, meet with city leaders, and connect with neighbors to share ideas that will drive Real Change.
Mayor Bianca Motley-Broom, Councilwoman Jamelle McKenzie, Councilman Joe Carn, and Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat attended. They answered residents’ questions about operations, the city charter, meeting protocols, finances, development, and crime. We’ve compiled these concerns to present to College Park’s city leaders for review and discussion during a public workshop. Our voices matter. Real conversations lead to Real Change.
How Does It Work?
We invite you, the heart of our community, to nominate families who are facing financial hardships or unexpected challenges.
The deadline for College Park Christmas assistance applications is Wednesday, December 20th at noon.
What We Offer:
Our initiative seeks to provide College Park families in need with groceries, clothing, toys and essential household supplies as a way of delivering hope & joy during this special time of year.
Join the Movement for Real Change:
Nominate a family in need by completing the Real Change Foundation Christmas assistance form. Your submission will help our College Park community meet families where they are and give them hope for a better future.
Together, let's make a real change in the lives of our neighbors and friends in College Park. You can join our movement by making a financial donation to help a family in need or by dropping off new or gently used toys at:
